Chest 29½-34"  Waist 22-26½"  Hip 31½-36"

Misses' Renaissance costume dress was designed by *Andrea Schewe. It has a zipper in back, princess seams, shaped waistline extending justĀ  below normal waistline, gathered puff sleeves, and a **boat neck. If you like, add a large stand-up collar extending from shoulder-to-shoulder at the back. This could easily be adapted for a wedding gown. This beautiful gown pattern is printed with cutting lines for 5 sizes to help you achieve a perfect fit.

*Andrea Schewe is a pattern designer, working for over 30 years in the home sewing industry designing clothing, costumes, soft toys, and home dec. She worked first for The McCall Pattern Company, and for Simplicity beginning in 1991. We can attribute many Renaissance and turn of the century sewing pattern designs to Ms. Schewe.

**A bateau neck, also called a boat neck, is a wide, collarless neckline that runs horizontally, front and back, across the shoulders and collarbone.
